Project Overview
We created an animated TV commercial for I’m Lucky, a small business championing independent makers. The 30-second spot combines standout products, playful motion graphics, and a brand-aligned voiceover to highlight the ease of the online platform and its curated collection
The Challenge
The challenge was to create a short, engaging animated TVC that clearly communicated what I’m Lucky offers, while also capturing the heart of the brand. The film needed to highlight the ease of the online platform and its curated collection, without losing sight of what makes it special — its commitment to supporting independent makers and small businesses.
With just 30 seconds to work within, clarity, pace, and visual cohesion were essential. The advert had to feel dynamic and accessible, while resonating with its core audience of women aged 25–50.
Our Approach
Our approach centred on creating a fast-paced, animated spot that combined standout products, playful motion graphics, and a brand-aligned voiceover. Rather than focusing on a single item, we chose a compilation-style structure, allowing the breadth and diversity of I’m Lucky’s offering to shine.
Visually, the animation was designed to feel warm, vibrant, and inviting — reflecting the personality of the brand and the creativity of the independent makers it supports. The narrative reinforces I’m Lucky as more than just an online shop, positioning it as a platform that champions small businesses and celebrates thoughtfully made products.
Every creative decision was guided by the brand’s ethos, ensuring the final film felt aligned, purposeful, and engaging.
