ERA Group is a global consultancy network supporting organisations to improve performance and efficiency. Following a rebrand led by a separate branding agency, ERA Group needed content that could translate the new visual identity into something people could understand and connect with.

The brief was to support the rebrand through film, animation and interviews. To give the static brand expression rhythm, emotion and clarity across multiple formats and markets.

We approached the work as an extension of the brand rather than an overlay. Our role was to listen closely to the intent behind the rebrand and translate it through movement, voice and real people.

Because of our long-standing relationship with ERA Group, we worked with a deep understanding of the business and its culture. This allowed us to respond quickly and deliver work that felt aligned rather than imposed. Film, animation and interviews were developed as a connected system, ensuring consistency while remaining flexible across regions and audiences.
